Along Commercial Street, Portland, guests can explore the waves of diversity taking new forms of casual experiences inside Canopy by Hilton Portland Waterfront.
The restaurant, Salt Yard is inspired by Portland’s industrial history. Salt Yard has been created on a former Portland institution called Swasey Eathenware, an internationally known for its artistry and variety in ceramic jugs. The restaurant’s central oven stands in for the kilns that once blazed here.
Artwork by Portland artist, Matt Chamberlain is featured on panels behind the café bar. Chamberlain’s work is inspired by the horizon where the sky and sea meet.
Luna Rooftop Night Bar features views of the waterfront and private dinning area and event space for special functions.
Hotel guests are welcomed by the Winter Garden-Reception Area featuring an artificial skylight changing from daytime color temperatures to nighttime warmth throughout the day.
